With the classic rivals clashing at Eden's George Brown Memorial Oval, the host team had fired to a 10-0 lead at the break.
However, the tri-colours made a major reversal in the second half with a storm of tries carrying them to a 32-10 win.
Hayden Crofton and Joel Grewar had scored first-half tries for the hosts, while Eden showed some commendable line-defence to keep the Roosters out.
Tsai Tui and Ben Green had been impactful out of the front row for Eden, with Green setting up one of Eden's tries.
Tui had barrelled through Bega coach Scott Barton, which opened a cut and Barton had to be sidelined momentarily due to blood.
In reply, Bega's right-edge attack had struggled in the opening half with some dropped balls easing pressure on the Tigers' defensive line.
Despite the lead and some fantastic first half form, the Roosters returned to the field looking like a different team.
The Roosters began exposing gaps and pummelling any lapses in defence as they piled on four-pointers to level the score just 11 minutes into the second half following tries to Scott Fuller and Scott Ingram.
Play settled until about 20 minutes in, when the Roosters planted a pair of unconverted tries to Tom McMillan and Zac Cuzner.
Dan Hyland pressed the advantage again in the 32nd minute with Josh Shepherdson finding the mark with the boot to lead 26-10.
And closing out the huge turnaround was Shannon Shepherdson finding the line with just one minute left on the clock.
Josh again neatly plugged the ball through the posts to seal a 32-10 result and the second win on the trot for the Roosters.
Earlier, the reserves had gone through with an 18-0 win over the Tigers.
Allan Aldridge showed why he has been a leader for the Eden Tigers in the last decade with good positioning and a long-range boot.
Eden's efforts mostly focused around the right flank where the Roosters were able to take them into touch repeatedly and maintain an untarnished score card.
Meanwhile, the Roosters found a few handy tries including a neat four-pointer under the posts to Bobby Taylor.
The league-tag Bega Chicks suffered a narrow loss 12-8 after a strong contest with the defending premier Eden Tigerettes.
The division of scores came through kicks with Eden able to convert both their tries, while the kicks for Bega proved too challenging from wide angles.
Joccoaa Taylor and Jacinta Dummett were among the best for Bega.
Teams will now enjoy a quick break for the Easter long weekend with the Roosters returning to take on Cooma on April 27.
