Game fish were back on the boil off Merimbula last week with one boat reporting 15 striped marlin over the day. Tag and release is the name of the game. Baitfish balls are the secret and when found everything goes into top gear. As well, deep droppers at the shelf are getting good returns of hapuka, blue eye, ling and ocean perch.
