Thursday’s DWWW had 45 starters and the A grade was taken by Andrew Lennon on 42 and the B grade by Jim Hutson’s 40.
It took a day best of 45 from Terry Sheedy to nail the C grade. Balls to 37 and golden shot to Tiger Tierney to a commendable 2.65m.
Saturday’s 4BBB stableford attracted a pleasing field of 82 with regular visitors Warren Eggins And Luke Cattle continuing their summer onslaught of local coffers by claiming the day with 49.
Runners-up were the Maces on 46 on count-back from seven other groups.
To win a ball was challenging with 4 groups on 45 , another 4 on 44 and yet another 4 on 43. The day’s golden shot to Dave Balmain to 0.7m, while Billy Taylor jagged the big jackpot money on the 18th.
