The injury toll is at a season low for the team, which helped find gaps in the Bemboka defence.
In spite of the blowout score line, Tigress midfielder Caitlin Johnson said the Braves played well.
“Regardless of the score, Bemboka played really well,” Johnson said.
“They were mostly defending, but we had a few breaks up to their goals.
“They had a great attitude and were a good team to play.”
A solid passing game through the midfield saw the Wolumla outfit dominating possession of play.
On the back of their efforts, it wasn’t surprising to see midfielders claiming some of the goals during the match.
The ever-reliable Kirsty Whitby-McBeath kicked four goals, while Ayla smith added two to the count and Johnson scored one.
Sam Johnson and Sophie Martin also added to the count.
With just a couple of rounds remaining until the finals, the Tigresses are holding fifth spot.
“If the girls keep their heads in the game we might be the dark horse this year, but we still have a lot to improve on,” Johnson said.
“We are still trying to find our rhythm, so I think our focus for now is playing one game at a time.
“It has been a short year and very on-and-off with all the byes, which has been taking a toll on us,” she said.
