The panel will discuss the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new commercial building (comprising supermarket, drive-through bottle shop and licensed café).
Anyone interested can speak directly to the panel before a decision is made and anyone is welcome to listen to the public teleconference.

Guidelines for speakers from the Planning Panel
- As a guide, individuals will have three minutes to speak, a community group will have 10 minutes in total, and the applicant, including consultant(s), a total of 15 minutes to present and address issues raised in public submissions. Any requests for extending time limits are granted at the discretion of the chair.
- Please consider focusing your oral submission on how the assessment report has addressed your concerns, as the panel will have read your written submission before the meeting.
