Thomas Oliver Jessop, 33, had a 24/7 curfew imposed at Batemans Bay Local Court on November 1 following his arrest, where he was granted strict conditional bail.
Bega Local Court heard on Tuesday that he was only able to leave his Bega home to attend counselling services.
The police prosecutor said NSW Police was expecting to lay additional charges following further analysis of items and drugs allegedly found during a raid on Jessop's Bega home on October 31.
The prosecution said it would continue to accept the strict bail conditions as long as an additional condition was added, prohibiting Jessop from attempting to remotely wipe or delete anything in police custody.
The additional bail condition was granted by Magistrate Doug Dick.
The prosecutor said police would require at least another month to to assess whether additional charges would be sought.
An adjournment for the next mention of this matter was set for December 14 at Bega Local Court.
