Break ins at Mogo
At least four businesses in Mogo experienced a break in during the last two weeks. It was unclear if the incidents were related and police were investigating.

At about 1am on Monday, September 13, an unknown offender/s entered a retail businesses on Sydney Street in Mogo through a smashed window and allegedly took an amount of cash from the store.
In a separate incident between 4pm on Sunday, September 5, and 6.30am on Monday, September 6, unknown offender/s allegedly damaged a window to enter a café on Sydney Street, Mogo.
Alcohol and an amount of cash were allegedly taken.
In addition, during the early hours of Monday, September 6, a second retail premises on Sydney Street was broken into by unknown offender/s. Jewellery and tools were allegedly taken.

South Coast Police District asked the community not to report crime information via their Facebook and Twitter pages.
Driver suspended after drink driving
About 11:50pm on Friday, September 10, police stopped a white Hyundai Getz on the Princes Highway, Batemans Bay for a random breath test.
The male driver, 50, returned a positive result.
He was taken to Batemans Bay Police Station where he had a breath analysis and returned a second positive result.
The driver's licence was suspended and he was issued with a field Court attendance notice and will appear before Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, October 11.
