"Venues of concern will be shared on our website and Facebook page as soon as they are known," the statement said.
"NSW Health and Southern NSW Local Health District can be trusted to share detailed information based on thorough investigation, as soon as it becomes available."
SNSWLHD advised testing clinics along the coast were very busy today, and people did not need to get tested unless they had symptoms or were a close or casual contact of a known case.
"For those who do need a test today, please take some water and snacks and be prepared to wait," the statement said.
Earlier on Thursday, NSW Health announced COVID-19 fragments had been detected at a sewage treatment plant in Moruya.
