Emergency services were called to the premises at about 10pm, with officers from South Coast Police District in attendance.
Two men suffered alleged stab wounds after reports of a brawl in Eden on Friday night.
Six NSW Ambulance crews responded as well, including a specialist medical team, and attended to five patients.
Two men suffered alleged stab wounds to the back and abdomen and a third person was treated for a head injury.
The men were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition a NSW Police spokesperson said.
Following police inquiries, two men aged 22 and 24, and two women aged 21 and 25 were arrested on Monday, March 15 at Eden police station. All four were charged with affray and granted conditional bail to appear in Eden local court on Wednesday, April 7.
