NSW Police said the 34-year-old was arrested at a business in Merimbula in October and charged with grooming a child for unlawful sexual activity and causing a child to do an act of child prostitution.
Police alleged the man offered to pay two girls - aged 15 and 17 - in return for sexual acts and explicit photographs.
His case was heard in Bega Local Court on Tuesday, November 10, where he also faced a charge of sexually touching another person without consent.
Magistrate Doug Dick said all three charges related to alleged incidents from 2019 and "all three relate to different complainants".
The man did not appear in the courtroom on the day.
Magistrate Dick adjourned the case to January 12, 2021, and bail was to continue.
The maximum sentence for grooming a child for sexual activity is 10 years' prison if convicted. The same maximum sentence also applies to the child prostitution charge.
