NSW Health issued the warning on Sunday, September 20.
Casual contacts must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop.
After testing, they must remain in isolation until a negative test result is received.
"A casual contact is someone who has been near a confirmed case of COVID-19 while they were infectious but is considered at lower risk than a close contact," NSW Health said.
COVID-19 testing clinics can be found here: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/how-to-protect-yourself-and-others/clinics, or call your GP.
