A spokesperson for Bombala Golf Club said it has been hard going on our course over the last few months, with the drought, then rain and now we have cape weed turning their leaves brown after being sprayed.

"We won't complain too much at least we are lucky enough to be out playing."

The winner of the Trophy was Di Ingram with 81 nett. Balls were won by Dawn Douch 83 nett and Gay Kennedy 86 nett. Putting was won by Dawn Douch 26 putts - well done Dawn.

The program for Saturday was changed at the last minute and the event was a Par for Club Trophy Ind Acc.

Korie Elton had a very good round winning with a + 4. Balls were won by Korie, Brendan Weston + 2 another good round, Nathan Thistleton + 1 and Joel Cherry Square. NTP won by Wayne Elton.

Match play: Korie Elton defeated Ray Fermor 3/2. Brendan Weston and Herbie Elliott defeated Nathan Thistleton and Mick Brown 1 Up.

Sunday was a Stableford for Club Trophy.

The winner was Heather Brown 34 points. Balls were won by Heather, Merv Douch 32 points, Pepper Thompson 31 points,

Ray Crawford 31 points on a c/b from Simon Stephen and Ross Brown.

NTP Wayne Elton found the dance floor again winning his second NTP for the weekend.
