Brett Anthony Lawson, aged in his late 20s, has previously pleaded guilty to possessing a loaded firearm in a public place, an unauthorised firearm, ammunition without a licence, a prohibited drug, and housebreaking implements, as well as not keeping a firearm safely, two counts of receiving stolen property, and having goods in his custody suspected of being stolen.
The charges were laid following a vehicle stop near Cooma on April 10.
The Gilmore resident did not appear in Queanbeyan Local Court on Monday, August 3 before Magistrate Roger Clisdell and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
