Weir Road fire at Emergency
A bush fire is burning in the Allan Brook Rd area. A large fire is also burning to the south in Victoria that will move north into New South Wales following a southerly change.
The fire is burning in the Timbillica State Forest.
If you are in the areas of Timbillica, Narrabarba or Womboyn, your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now towards Eden.
Badja Forest Road, Countegany
The fire is more than 29,000 hectares in size and is out of control.
A strong southerly change is expected this morning. This will push the fire in a northerly direction. While you may not be at threat now, the fire may reach your area.
The fire has crossed the Tuross River and is burning towards the Princes Highway.
The Princes Highway has now been closed between Brogo and Quaama.
Crews are working to protect isolated properties.
Multiple fires are currently burning between Cooma, Bega and Batemans Bay and a number of these pose a serious threat to life.
People in bush fire prone areas should move towards a larger town away from bushland areas, such as Narooma or Bega if the path is clear.
If you are in the area of Bermagui, Regatta Point, Wallaga Lake and Wallaga Lake Heights, it is too late to leave. Seek shelter as the fire approaches. Protect yourself from the heat of the fire.
If you are in the area of Cobargo or Coolagolite, leave now towards Bermagui.
If you are in the area of Quaama and Mcleods Hill, if your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now. If you are to the north of Mcleods Hill go towards Bermagui. If you are to the south of Mcleods Hill go towards Bega.
If you are in the areas west of the Princes Highway including Wandella, Upper Brogo, Yowrie, and Verona, it is too late to leave. Seek shelter as the fire approaches. Protect yourself from the heat of the fire.
If you are in the area of Badja Road, between Countegany and Boggy Plain, monitor conditions. Know what you will do if the fire threatens. If your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, travel west to Numeralla.
If you are in the area of Wandella, Tinpot and Murrabrine, monitor the changing conditions. Activate your bush fire survival plan. Know what you will do if the fire threatens. If your plan is to leave, leaving early is the safest option.
Werri Berri fire
The Werri Berri fire is more than 3,000 hectares and is out of control.
A strong southerly will push the fire north.
A fast moving bush fire is burning to the north of Bemboka.
Embers are starting spot fires ahead of the main fire front.
Deteriorating conditions are forecast on New Year's Eve with expected high temperatures and strong winds. View the predicted fire spread maps.
If you are in the area from Yankees Gap to Bemboka, your plan is to leave or you are not prepared, leave now towards Bega.
If you are in the area of Numbugga, Pollack Flat and Desert Creek, watch out for embers and spot fires. Monitor the changing conditions. Follow your bush fire survival plan and know what you will do if the fire threatens.

Myrtle Mountain
A fast moving bush fire is burning in the Myrtle Mountain Road, Wyndham. The fire is more than 80 hectares in size and is out of control.
The southerly is likely to push it north. While you may not be at threat now, the fire may reach your area.
