Members of the 1st Cobargo Scout Group at Club Bega to receive $1000 donation from members of the Club Bega Fishing Club.
With an ageing bus that has clocked up over 500,000km, the 1st Cobargo Scout Group was happy to receive a donation of $1000 from the Club Bega Fishing Club last Friday night.

Group leader Stuart Meyers said the money will go towards a bigger bus for the Scout group.
"We're looking to spend about $22,000 to get a Mitsubishi Rosa, a 25-seater bus," he said.
"We have $12,000 so far and this money will go a long way towards reaching our target, thanks to the Club Bega Fishing Club."
The fishing club runs the Friday night raffles at Club Bega and regularly donates money raised from these raffles to community not-for-profit groups.
