After going down to Merimbula in a physical and bruising encounter last weekend, the Sea Eagles are confident of getting by the Pambula Panthers this weekend.
Narooma's Bill Smyth Memorial Oval is a favourite among the Sea Eagles, while it might feel a little constrictive to the Pambula club.
The shorter field plays right into the hands of the Tathra club who enjoy quick passages of play through the hands, or a run up the flanks by their speedsters.
The Tathra outfit will be at full strength for the weekend and will hold nothing back as they look to take down the Panthers for a grand final place against the Diggers.
The Eaglettes will also be in action on the weekend following their advancement to the preliminary final.
Eden have stood by a decision to not appeal a result reversal at the state level and the Eaglettes will now face the Narooma Lions for a place to clash with the Bermagui Breakers in the grand final.
Despite the rise of Narooma and Bermagui as strong forces in the competition this year, the Eaglettes have seen three grand final clashes already and know the pressures of finals footy.
The club had been hindered by the loss of key players through injury, but club officials said they were excited to get a second chance this weekend.
Broulee and Moruya will contest the reserve grade clash, while the ladies take the field from 1.10pm.
The headline senior clash is set for a 2.45pm start.
