Lawyer error sees court delay for Melbourne man accused of child abuse
A Melbourne man will face court next week accused of sexually assaulting two 15-year-old girls on the Far South Coast between late 2007 and early 2008.

The 52-year-old failed to appear in Bega Local Court on July 2, after his lawyer incorrectly thought his client had been scheduled to appear on July 4.
"The accused is supposed to be here," Magistrate Doug Dick told the court.
Magistrate Dick adjourned the matter to Bega Local Court on Tuesday, July 9 for committal to the NSW District Court.
