Renowned Tilba-based teacher Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe has much to share about how helpful Buddhist philosophy can be in dealing with life's challenges, big and small.
On April 12, at 5.30pm, Khenpo will be giving a talk on "Facing difficulties with optimism" at the Susan Harris Hall at Mumbulla School. Everyone is welcome.
Khenpo is very warm and approachable and he teaches widely in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. In fact the title of "Khenpo", which is a bit like Professor, is a rare honour bestowed on him in recognition of his profound knowledge and skill in helping to teach others.
Khenpo will also be talking on Saturday, April 13, at 2pm at Yoga Hum, in Merimbula. This talk will be "How to give with a warm heart".
