The workshops, to be held from 2pm at Tathra Beach on Sunday, September 23, will encourage participants to release tensions, to be in moment and explore creative ways to find pleasure in the art of physical expression, Ms Green said.
“Moving Together will build shared connection with others in our community though touch, observation, reflection and conversation,” she said.
“We hope together we can find overall wellbeing and work towards positively reflecting on experience and emotion.”
Ms Green said the workshops are open to residents of all ages, with participants meeting at the Tathra Surf Lifesaving Club.
This event is supported by, Fling Physical Theatre, Create NSW and Regional Arts Fund.
