About time for Tathra residents who have languished in the black zone for too long. Shame it took a bushfire to accelerate the timing and remedy the situation.

If it was that easy to fix the problem why wasn’t this done ages ago? Now they need to fix the internet speed - our ADSL2 has been dreadful for the last month

Team Rubicon in Tathra
We were largely unaffected but I have watched the Rubicon team do magnificent work all around us. Unstinting effort and practical outcomes that really make a difference. Part of a bigger picture of generous and constructive responses to a disaster from government and private agencies alike that remind us all of the basic decency of people.

Nuclear power plant in a swinging seat? I don’t think so!
Julian Watson
Sounds like the way forward! Personally I’m pro nuclear. Australia has the greatest resources of the stuff and you sell it to most countries, have worked and lived next to some power stations. Government has you all fooled into its so-called dangers.
