Officials said Saturday would be an action-packed day of games from the under 10s right through to the under 16s.
A spokeswoman for the Minor League Roosters encouraged everyone to head along and cheer on the home side that will feature in a majority of play.
“To family, friends, grandparents, aunties and uncles as well as the teams not playing in the finals, please come along and cheer on our boys and girls,” the spokeswoman said.
Club president Norm Griffin said it was a real coup for the Roosters to have such strong representation.
“We’ve been going along really well with some great numbers and we’re stoked to see many of our squads advancing into the finals,” Griffin said.
“It’s a big day of games and a great chance to see some of these young guns in action.”
Matches will run at the Bega Recreation Ground on Saturday from 9.30 when Bega meets Moruya in the under 10s.
Junior tag pits Bega against Batemans Bay at 10.30am, before the under 12s meet Tathra at 11.30am.
Bega will also contest the 13-16 tag match against the Eden Tigers.
Tathra plays Eden in the 14s at 1.30pm and Narooma takes on Pambula-Merimbula in 16s at 2.30pm.
Spectators are welcome and the club will have a full canteen running on the day with games to play on George Griffin Oval and the Bega Rec Ground.
Bega’s 16s face Batemans Bay on Sunday at Narooma’s Bill Smyth Oval at 2.30pm.
