Acting principal at St Joseph’s, Alice Shannon said: “There is no doubt that our school has made many technological advances to date, however what’s really exciting is what our journey ahead will be.”
The students computers, Chromebooks come with the new organisational system of Google Drive that enables students to share their work ‘live’ with teachers at school and also work from home.
“Teachers have reported an increase in students voluntarily wanting to continue their learning at home,” Ms Shannon said.
“Recently students have been researching their family history using the new technology,” she said.
