This makes for really hard reading. Mrs Stroud is one of the most spirited and talented teachers I've had the fortune of being taught by.

The education system went off the rails during the 1970s with a loss of standards, discipline and morals. Not every child is a fast learner. Bring back the basics, the discipline and moral standards, and leave what should be taught at home where it belongs. Not everyone is going to be a computer nerd or scientist. Bring back home economics and trade skills and actually teach kids how to read and write properly with pen and paper and leave political correctness and other fads out of the system. Teach them to be creative not competitive and to respect each other.

Gabbie is a long time friend of mine since school days and she has a heart of gold. I think her honesty is touching, she keeps it real and stays true to who she is and what she believes. Go girl.

Gabbie Stroud is quickly becoming a heroine of mine! Thank you for bringing this into the public's awareness.
