About 4.40pm on the day, a car was travelling along Cobargo-Bermagui Rd in wet conditions when it left the road at a tight corner about 4km before the the intersection with Wallaga Lake Rd.
The car turned off a steep drop and came to rest on its roof.

Both the male and female were from Bermagui.
At least three VRA vehicles from Narooma and Bega groups attended the scene, as well as NSW Ambulance, Bermagui Rural Fire Service and Bermagui Police.
