This year’s tournament will run at the Illawarra and District Netball Association on June 6-8.
Sapphire Coast Netball Association will field two teams at this year’s tournament – an Open championship side, plus a 17 and Under team in division three.
The tournament will see 131 teams representing 74 associations from around the State during the three-day competition as one of Netball NSW’s largest marquee events.
The huge number of entries will see this year’s event split across nine age groups and divisions.
The title of State Champions isn’t the only trophy up for grabs when the competition wraps up at Illawarra. Introduced in 2009, the Pat Weston OAM Country Champions Cup is named in honour of Netball NSW and Parramatta Auburn Life Member Pat Weston OAM and awarded to the highest placed regional association (outside Sydney Metro) in the open championship division.
