"No. I partly grew up here, so I've swum this [stretch from the wharf to the beach] a few times. There might be a few sharks under the water, but meh."

"No. There is no safer place. Quite obviously, there are sharks in the ocean, so it's no more dangerous than usual. In fact, t's a lot safer with all the planes, all the boats and life guards around."
