The current planning proposal follows a period of comment during public exhibition of the draft proposal and extensive consultation between BVSC staff and the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage.
Issues surrounding the planning proposal have included the zoning of environmental buffer areas around the turf club’s main parcel of land, which is zoned RE2 Private Recreation.
Also for consideration are the draft design guidelines for commercially zoned areas in Bega, Merimbula and Eden.
Councillors will also be asked to adopt the 2014 staff organisation structure.
The meeting starts at 2pm Wednesday at Bega Valley Shire Council chambers.
