Late of Shady Lane, Kalaru, Ken was the youngest child of the late Mervyn and Marie Goodridge (Bega).
His death will be mourned by his children, Nimmity and Tully, and by their mother, Millie Ford, and extended family.
Ken will be remembered as a loved brother and brother-in-law to Jan Goodridge (Bega), Trish and John Whyman (Bega), uncle to Melissa, Nigel, Matthew and Amy Whyman and great uncle to Baiden, Joshua and Madison.
His funeral for will be held in Clavering Park Crematorium Chapel, Wolumla, at 5pm today (Friday), January 4.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ken to Beyond Blue would be appreciated and can be made at the funeral.
Funeral arrangements are by John R Whyman Funeral Services of Bega and Wolumla.
Bermagui identity, John Crew of Ironbark, Barragoot Swamp, died in the Bega District Hospital on Sunday, December 30. He was 80.
Friends are invited to a celebration of his life on Sunday, January 6, at 3pm on the headland above the Bruce Steere Pool at Bermagui, then continuing on to "Ironbark", Barragoot Swamp, Tathra Road.
If the weather is inclement the celebration will be held at the Murrah Hall, Tathra Road.
John's widow, Laura, and his children, Lara, Chris, Ross and Mark, are very grateful for the care and support given to John and the family by the nurses and doctors at the Bega District Hospital.
The death has occurred of Reginald Channon late of Hillgrove House and formerly of Angledale, Quaama and North Bega.
He died on Friday, December 28 aged 85.
Mr Channon was predeceased by his wife, Gwen, in 1993 and is survived by his family, Peter and Dianne Channon (Warilla), Merrilyn and Philip Gosper (Molong), Robyn (Angledale) and Tim (Reedy Swamp) Holt, grandchildren Brett, Amanda, Scott, Nicole, Zeb and Abe and great grandchildren, Paige and Brayden and sister, Edna Penny (Liverpool).
Mr Channon’s funeral was held by the graveside at the Bega Cemetery on Monday, December 31.
The death of Kevin Harold ('Connie') Constance occurred on Friday, December 28. He was 82.
Late of Meringo Street, Bega, he was predeceased by his wife, Hazel, in 2003.
He is survived by his family, Robyn and Colin Beveridge (Bega), Ray and Lynne Constance (Bega), Peter and Cheryl Constance (Armidale), Brian and Trish Constance (Bega), Bob and Michelle Constance (Armidale), 12 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and by his sister, Elaine Kowalski (ACT).
Mr Constance’s funeral was held by the graveside at the Bega Cemetery on Monday, December 31.
The death has occurred of Nona Whitby, late of Rawlinson Street, Bega, and formerly of Dalmeny and Beg.
She died on Saturday, December 29, aged 77.
Mrs Whitby will be well remembered as seamstress at the Bega District Hospital and her late husband Mervyn as a plant operator with Mumbulla Shire Council.
Mrs Whitby is survived by her family, Les and Lesley of Bega.
Her funeral was held at Clavering Park Crematorium Wolumla on Wednesday, January 2.
The death of Audrey May Taylor occurred on Friday, December 28.
She was 82.
Late of Bay Street, Tathra, she is survived by husband, Don, and family, David, Kimberley and Victoria and their respective families.
Mrs Taylor’s funeral was held at Clavering Park Crematorium Wolumla on Wednesday, January 2.
A former Bega man, Colin Plumb, died on December 12.
He was a brother of Nola Sutherland and Pat Furnell and leaves wife Sonja, three children and six grandchildren to mourn his passing.
