Roberts-Coelli wedding
Jenna Roberts and Greg Coelli were married in a surprise ceremony at the Sapphire Coast Turf Club on Saturday, November 26.
Guests turned up for what they were led to believe was an engagement party only to be met by the groom and his groomsmen.
A limousine carrying the bride and her bridesmaids arrived shortly after.
Jenna is the eldest daughter of Greg and Debbie Roberts of Kalaru and Greg is the third son of Maxine Crawford and Joe Coelli of Bermagui.
Jenna had a huge task planning the wedding and keeping it secret from family and friends.
She was helped by her bridesmaids, aunt Sandi Kinnane from Canberra, best friend Peta James from Canberra and her sister Shelby.
Her flowergirl was Courtney Kinnane, a cousin from Canberra.
Greg and his best man Carlo Puglisi from Ulladulla, along with groomsmen Troy Nammensma and Greg Neitz from Eden kept the crowd in suspense because no one knew what was happening.
There were lots of tears as Jenna asked her father Greg to walk her down the red carpet to where Greg was waiting.
The ceremony was conducted by celebrant Wendy Svirak from Kalaru.
A special poem was read by Shelby during the wedding which restarted the tears.
Guests were asked to move inside the club where everything was set up for the reception, including a jukebox.
A very relaxing night followed with a few speeches and formalities.
Jenna and Greg thank everyone involved in keeping their secret and making their special day a big success.
Thank you to Les, Bev and Ross from Sapphire Coast Turf Club, John and Janny Daly of Tathra Buses and Trish Beasley for the cake.
Thank you also to Liz from Natural Beauty and Elegance for make-up and Brooke from Top Reflections, Merimbula, for the hair, Pam from Lasting Petals and Tathra Butchery.
A very big thank you to all who helped out in the kitchen and a very special thank you to Brenton and Shelby for keeping Mum and Dad in the dark.
