The Carnival will feature an entertainment program to suit kids of all ages with the visit of Curbside Carnies Mobile Circus.
Kids will be able to take part in a range of circus workshops including: bubble-making, stilt-walkers, juggling unicyclists, face-painting and circus shows.
Performers Benny O the magician, Briony the bubble faery, Spinderella the Disco Queen and the Tina Green Show will be brought down from Wollongong and Sydney just for the occasion as well.
Turf club president Robyn Bain was excited to welcome back circus to the venue, having been unable to source performers in the region since the pandemic began.
On top of the Curbside Carnies, the Carnival will feature over $500,000 in prize money, Calcutta Saturday night at Club Sapphire, Lexus Melbourne Cup Trophy and Ambassadors, and free buses to and from the track.
