The House Rules stars and dairy farmers said although they knew they wanted to try again for another baby for some time now, it took them a few months of trying before they fell pregnant.
It hadn't been an easy road so far on Mandy, 32, who said on her Instagram account that she had been suffering with morning sickness and nausea that would last well into the day since the start of her pregnancy.

Mandy is not a stranger to morning sickness though, having experienced it in her first pregnancy with her twins due to high levels of human chorionic gonadotropin. Mandy has hinted that her current pregnancy could be twins, but has not yet confirmed this.
She said that since returning a positive test, "I've been very unwell and nothing in the world matter to me expect my pjs, my bed, and the wonderful nausea pills the doctor prescribed me".
The couple have been together for over six years and have been married since 2019.
Their over 45,000 Instagram followers received the news excitedly, but no one was more excited than their 5-year-old twins Lenny and Layla.
Big brother to be, Lenny was gobsmacked by the news with his jaw dropping in exclamation in a video they posted showing their announcement to the kids.
The twins were then seen touching Mandy's stomach and jumping around in excitement with their parents.
Toad and Mandy fell pregnant with their twins just nine months after they had met. They appeared on the TV program House Rules when the twins were just 11 months old.
Mandy has been very open about her experiences with antenatal and postnatal depression, including during her first pregnancy and during the six months after her twins were born.
During an appearance on podcast Motherland about rural motherhood, she said it took her a long time before she felt ready for another child after her experience.
It took a long time before the condition was recognised by a medical practitioner but it was something she didn't want to talk about. She also said she would seek help much earlier if the condition were to return in during her current pregnancy.
This year had been a challenging year with Toad ending up in hospital and at the doctors office on multiple occasions due to underlying health conditions, but with a new baby due in 2022, hopefully the new year will bring much joy and happiness to the young family.
