As per the NSW roadmap, It will be a condition of entry to council buildings and facilities that people are fully vaccinated, wear a mask and check in using the Service NSW QR code.
From Monday, October 11
Doors will open to the administration building in Moruya and the Moruya depot.
Council's tips at Brou, Moruya and Surf Beach will also reopen. Visitors should expect long queues and are asked to be patient, and to consider delaying their visit for a few days.
Narooma indoor pool open for swimming lessons, squad training, lap swimming, and rehab activities. Moruya outdoor pool opened last Monday.
From Wednesday, October 13
The Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Garden will re-open.
From Monday, October 18
Council's planning helpdesk will reopen for face to face appointments. Customers should continue to get their planning advice over the phone or by email until then.
The three libraries in Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma reopen their doors. Eurobodalla Libraries will continue its click and collect service until the libraries reopen.
Council's community halls and rooms will be available to book.
All enrolled families can return to Council's Children's Services. This includes Family Day Care and OOSH Kids out-of-school hours care.
The Job Shop in Moruya, Youth Cafes and YDrive will also re-open.
General manager Dr Catherine Dale said the staggered opening of council facilities ensured a balance of community safety and social wellbeing.
"We still have 22 active COVID-19 cases in the Eurobodalla, and I urge residents and visitors to respect the guidelines businesses are putting in place as they transition out of lockdown," she said.
"People should continue doing business with council online and over the phone if they can.
"As per the roadmap, most of our indoor workforce will continue working from home.
"While we've arranged sufficient staff to be safely in the administration building to assist our customers, please call ahead if you're expecting to see a particular staffer."
