It is the second day in a row of no new cases for the shire and means the total number of active cases remains at 16, with 15 in Batemans Bay and one in Narooma.
The Southern NSW Local Health District recorded nine new cases of COVID-19, and brought the total number of active cases for the district to 69.
There were three new COVID-19 cases recorded in Goulburn, three in Yass, two in Queanbeyan and one in the Upper Lachlan Shire.
No new venues of concern have been officially released by NSW Health.
But, on Tuesday morning Batehaven Pharmacy announced on Facebook they had received confirmation a customer who attended the store on Friday, September 17 between 9.30am and 10.30am had tested positive to COVID-19.

Statewide, 82.5 per cent of eligible people in NSW have received one dose and 53 per cent have received two doses.
The Eurobodalla Shire has one of the highest first dose vaccination rates in the state, with at least 85 percent of eligible people having received the first dose and between 50 and 59 per cent fully vaccinated.
There were 1022 new COVID-19 cases in NSW from 121,661 tests.
There were 10 deaths, eight men and two women. There have been 255 COVID-19 related deaths in NSW since 16 June 2021 and 311 in total since the start of the pandemic.
