A 50-year-old man and 37-year-old woman have been charged with drug offences after police dismantled a hydroponic cannabis set up in a bedroom of a South Coast home on Wednesday, July 21.

Just before 10.30am, officers of the South Coast Police District carried out a search warrant at a home on Tallwood Crescent, Rosedale.
A police spokesperson alleged an enhanced hydroponic grow room was found in a bedroom.
"Police seized 49 plants, hydroponic growing equipment, cannabis leaf and prescription medication," the spokesperson said.
"A child was also located at the premises, and police will allege the grow room was open and accessible to the child."
The man was arrested at the scene and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station, where he was charged with enhanced indoor cultivate plant - expose child, possess prohibited drug, and cultivate prohibited plant.
The Rosedale man was granted conditional bail and will appear in Batemans Bay Local Court on Monday, August 9.
The woman was issued a Future Court Attendance Notice in relation to possessing dried cannabis leaf and possessing a prescribed restricted substance.
