The event will be the Shoalhaven Avicultural Society's 19th annual bird sale.
The society are keen to host this year's sale after cancelling last year's event due to COVID-19.
"We've got people coming from as far as Burlington, Canberra, the Blue Mountains and Orange to sell their birds," said Ray Faulds, the President of the Shoalhaven Avicultural Society.
"We normally have around 70 bird sellers, but due to COVID there are about 56 stalls booked this year."

Mr Faulds said there will be a range of birds for people to browse - from finches to canaries, budgies and parrots - but there won't be any poultry due to the potential disease that can spread among the birds.
A proud owner of a variety of feathered friends, Mr Faulds said birds make an excellent companion.
"People can get a lot out of a pet bird if they're trained right. I've had birds since I was 16 years of age and they're so friendly," he said.
"The big macaw parrots can be taught as pets to talk their heads off, which makes them a very good companion.
"There are all different types of parrots that can be trained if you get them small and you train them properly. Cockatiels are the best for kids."
Mr Faulds said the price range can vary from $20 for a finch and up to $4000 for a macaw.
The profits raised will be funnelled back into the community, with the Shoalhaven Avicultural Society donating funds to the Nowra PCYC and local charities.
The bird sale will be held at the Nowra PCYC on 72 Park Road, next Saturday, April 17. It will start at 10am and go to 6pm, with a $3 entry fee for adults and free entry for kids.
