The 39-year-old will be laid to rest in Bega Cemetery on Thursday, November 19, accompanied by a couple more of his great loves - a revved-up V8 ute decorated in South Sydney Rabbitohs flags.
His mother Carol Dixon and aunts Kathy and Ellen Mundy wanted to share this small tribute to Jason with the community.
They said he loved the South Coast and had plenty of family and friends in the region.
He loved his camping and fishing, and the above photo of him with a trout caught at Lake Jindabyne was a treasured moment.
Jason leaves behind a son, Byron, and daughter, Tamara, and will be sorely missed by partner Tiegan Aldridge.
Mum Carol said he was well loved by all his family and will be sadly missed.
