Gerringong's Reuben Garrick will play his first game for Manly-Warringah since round 16, when he hurt his shoulder against Melbourne.
The Lions product, who has three tries and 39 goals during his 16 appearances this season, will start on the wing at Central Coast Stadium when his Sea Eagles, also featuring Cobargo's Morgan Boyle on the bench, battle the Warriors.
This clash will pit former Gerringong teammates Garrick and Jack Murchie, who won a Group Seven premiership together in 2015, against one another - as the latter will start from New Zealand's bench from 2pm on Sunday.
The other two Group Seven products named to make a return this weekend are St George Illawarra duo Euan Aitken (Shellharbour) and Adam Clune (Albion Park-Oak Flats) - who both missed last round's defeat to Newcastle with hamstring issues.
Aitken returns at centre for Brayden Wiliame, while Clune will partner debutant Jayden Sullivan, who is part of the South Coast Black Cockatoos, in the halves, with Ben Hunt suspended and Corey Norman dropped.
Other Group Seven products in the Red V's line-up for Sunday's clash with Melbourne at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium are Gerringong pair Jackson Ford and Tariq Sims.
Round 20 will kick-off on Thursday with the Queensland derby between the Broncos, coached by former Kiama Knight Peter Gentle, and the Cowboys at Suncorp Stadium.
Then on Friday, two South Coast coaches will lock horns, as Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook and his Titans host the Knights - coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien.
Kiama's Mitch Rein will start at hooker for Gold Coast.
Later that night, Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs battle arch-rivals the Roosters at ANZ Stadium, with the latter's squad headlined by Kiama twins Josh and Brett Morris.
Saturday's three-game slate will start with the Bulldogs and Panthers fixture before the Sharks, featuring Pambula-born Jack Williams and Narooma's Teig Wilton, lock horns with the Raiders at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
The final game on Saturday will see the Eels, who are coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur and have Shellharbour's Jai Field at five-eighth, play western Sydney rivals the Tigers at Bankwest Stadium.
