Evie Umbers is in Year 5 at SCAC and during the first half of this year organised a collection drive for the Far South Coast branch of AWLNSW.
Fellow students, staff and families donated a varierty of pet care products, including blankets, food, leashes and collars, brushes, treats and a whole lot more.
The collection was graciously handed over to AWLNSWFSC president Kerri Brady just ahead of the school holidays.
"Service" is one of the school values. Evie loves animals and wanted to help so she had a meeting with principal Tracey Gray and asked if she could run it through the school.
Evie thanks everyone who donated to her cause.
