Alan James Whittley, 31, of Patterson Lakes, has pleaded not guilty to culpable navigation in a dangerous manner, causing death by impact, and with operating a recreational vessel negligently and causing death and/or grievous bodily harm.
In the Downing Centre in Sydney on Wednesday, July 15, the case was relisted for a call-over on March 4 and for a 10-day trial in the Bega District Court from May 10.
