The clash between the league-leading Eels and fourth-placed Knights, who are both coached by former Batemans Bay products in Brad Arthur and Adam O'Brien respectively, is one of the marquee matchups of round nine.
The exciting round will kick-off on Thursday at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, as the Cowboys host the Roosters, headlined by Kiama duo Josh and Brett Morris.
On Friday, the Titans, coached by Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook, will take on the Warriors.
Gold Coast will be without Kiama's Mitch Rein (ankle), while Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie will start in the back-row for Todd Payten's men.
Later that night, Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs lock horns with Wests Tigers at Bankwest Stadium.
Saturday's action will kick-off with the Sharks (featuring Pambula-born Jack Williams) and the Panthers, before Rhys Kennedy (Moruya) and his Broncos look to return to the winner's circle against the Bulldogs - who will be without Tahthra's Adam Elliott, who dislocated his shoulder last round and will miss the rest of the season.
The Saturday night-cap will pit Bega's Dale Finucane and his Storm up against the Raiders at GIO Stadium.
The final match of the round will see the Dragons, headlined by five Group Seven products, battle the Sea Eagles - a side which includes Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and Cobargo's Morgan Boyle.
