Less than one per cent of COVID-19 tests in South East return positive result

As of May 23, there were 56 confirmed cases in Southern NSW from 7524 tests which equates to .74 per cent returning a positive result, NSW Health data shows.
Of those confirmed cases, 51 have recovered. Southern NSW also had the second lowest number of tests in the state, the only health district with less was the Far West with 1123.
