This year's winner of the $10,000 Bega Valley Shire Council Acquisitive Prize is Landed by Thomas Westra, which features an impressive eagle and will find a home in Bemboka after the festival.
Overall there are about 100 sculptures that have come from across Australia and beyond, with outdoor works on Bermagui's Dickinson Point and Park foreshore, while indoor sculptures are in the town's community hall.
On March 14 from 11am to 2pm there will be an Artists' Talk at Mystery Bay, which is an an informal opportunity to hear from three exhibiting artists about their work and inspiration then mingle over lunch. To book click here.
The festival runs until March 15, which is when the people's choice and children's choice winners will be announced at the closing night that starts from 4.30pm and will be held at Dickinson Point.
The closing night also features band Kitty Kat and the Band of Thieves and the community is invited to bring their own picnic or enjoy the men's shed sausage sizzle.
