NSW South Coast Police District Chief Inspector Peter Volf said the man, aged in his 70s, suffered from known health issues and there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
The man was aboard the Silversea Cruises operated and Bahamas-flagged ship the Silver Muse on a cruise from Auckland to Sydney.
