Former Bega Valley surfer Freya Prumm has landed a top 10 finish in the WSL Qualifying Series in China. Prumm said she was stoked to claim ninth place in the Corona Open in China after being pipped in the round of 16 by eventual winner Brisa Hennessy, going on to say her rival was "one of my favourite little humans". Prumm said a top 10 finish was a good start with round 3 to be held in Maroubra at the end of the month before heading to California.
