Far South Coast residents are reminded there are three official evacuation centres if you choose to leave your home.
The Eden Fisherman's Club, Merimbula's Club Sapphire and the Bega Showground are all official evacuation centres and can provide shelter, water and services.
Eden Fishermen's Club - 217 Imlay St, Eden
Club Sapphire Merimbula - 119 Main St, Merimbula
Bega Showground - Located on the Eastern end of Upper Street, Bega.
The Bega Showground is currently the primary evacuation centre for those travelling with any pets or animals with a vet on site.
There are also a number of sporting grounds lending aid as over-flow for the primary evacuation centres.
Bega Valley Shire Council media team member Justin Welsford encourages anyone who chooses to leave their home to register at one of the primary evacuation sites, where if you have a caravan or camper, you may be directed to one of the overflow sites.

Merimbula Diggers president Jason Raeck has been helping co-ordinate at Berrambool Oval, where he said there were about "100 or so vans and campers".
However, as Club Sapphire starts to fill, Mr Raeck said there was still "plenty of room" with a number of amenities put in place for evacuees.
"All the facilities are available including showers, toilets, kitchen and aircon etc," he said.
The club have also installed wi-fi so people can access the internet and stay up to date with the fire situation through the RFS and council.
"Details are in the club rooms on the noticeboard".
Pets are also welcome at the ground.
Again, those evacuating to Merimbula are urged to register at Club Sapphire before heading to the ground.
It is understood there are still a number of places for evacuees at Club Sapphire, but as of 2pm the club were seeking more single mattresses.
Mr Welsford said the Bega Recreation Ground was also housing caravans and campers with the amenities open.
"While they're not official evacuation sites, they are providing an overflow service for people with caravans or campers," Mr Welsford said.
Those in Bega should register at the Bega Showground where there is first aid and veterinary services available with the Rec Ground and parts of the Valley Fields as overflow areas only at this time.
"Head there [Showground] to register and if you have a caravan or camper you can be directed from there where to go," he said.
The Eden Fishermen's Club is the sole official evacuation centre in Eden and everyone evacuating from the south should ensure they register at the club.
