Years of dedication to the Sea Shepard Marine Debris Campaign, hauling home tons of plastic rubbish every weekend and a passion for children's literature has given Mallacoota local Julie Parker the inspiration to create a fun filled children's book which she hopes will highlight the effects ocean debris is having on marine life and the environment.
