The clinic is a free and confidential service that provides teenagers with the opportunity to talk to a nurse about a range of issues, both medical and non-medical.
Bega Rotary recently presented it $3000, money which had been raised at the club's winter book fair.
The Rotary club's president Phil Elsey said the club presented the clinic the money as it was helping local teenagers and making professional services easier to access.
"It was an easy decision to support it," he said.
"We want to continue to support them too."
He believed the money would be put towards helping the clinic's nurses visit schools.
This year the Bega clinic's nurses have visited three schools in the Bega Valley, where they discussed a range of issues with students including healthy relationships, consent and bullying.
