Pastor Jeremy Fernando and his wife Janita who organise the event said it is a special celebration for the 7th year of the event which has proved so popular.
"We have been blessed to have the one-off use of the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre and we are very excited to bring all our people together in the one place for the first time in five years," Mr Fernando said.

"Bookings will be essential for this year due to our limited space. For those in need of transport there will be a bus service picking up attendees from Eden, Pambula, Merimbula and Wolumla and dropping them home again. The lunch will be held from noon to 3pm and there will be a three-course meal, tea, coffee and soft drinks, and a present for each attendee," Mr Fernando said.
There is a call out for the community help too. Presents donated for particularly men and women, and non-perishable food stuffs for hampers, as well as monetary donations to help with associated costs are all welcome. They will have a drop off point for this at the old Tourist Information Centre on Beach Street in Merimbula. To book or for more information, please call Janita Fernando on 0427 298 432.
