There's little over a week to go before the phenomenon that is Band Together returns to the Bega Valley.
Tickets have been selling fast for several months and music fans are encouraged to make sure to pre-book entry passes online for the November 30 concert happening at the Wolumla Rec Ground. You'd be kicking yourself if you left it until the day only to find it has sold out.
Headlining this year are Killing Heidi, and ARC Supergroup - featuring members of Spiderbait, Powderfinger, You Am I and Jet. Also on stage will be Mental as Anything and Bachelor Girl among a huge line-up of local artists.
Event director Darren Jones said the musicians are "pumped" to be coming to the Valley for Band Together 2, which is being held as a fundraiser for both the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter and the Bega Valley Disaster Relief Fund.
The inaugural Band Together saw a crowd of around 4000, with $160,000 directed to the Tathra Bushfire Appeal Fund.
Following last year's event, a call was put out for an ongoing disaster relief fund for the whole Bega Valley, which Mr Jones said is in the final stages of implementation thanks to the council and Sapphire Justice Advocates group.
"Of course we hope nothing happens, but this is so we have the ability to help people. It applies to all disasters, not just fires. We look after our own patch," Mr Jones said.
