She was such a good publicity officer that we found it hard to find a photo of her because she was the one always behind the camera.
Beth was always volunteering for the many things in which Can Assist was involved.
She and Robert represented Can Assist at functions in Bermagui run by CRAB such as the annual "duck race". She was at the open garden events setting up marquees and helping with the catering. Beth and Robert were great supported of the annual trash and treasure sale, helping to organise and sell items to the eager bargain hunters.
Beth was a regular at monthly morning tea fundraisers. Supplying lots of cooked goodies and then going around the business houses to sell the wares.
At the biennial lunch and auction at Oaklands, Beth was the penciller keeping up with the auctioneer as he extracted money from the eager bidders.
Beth gave selflessly of her time and energy for any years and will be greatly missed by Bega Valley Can Assist.
